Life is difficult
Sometimes
Life is good
Other times
It’s rough and tough
With lots of regrets
Tears, sorrow and grief
But I take solace
In the fact that
Once I have you
And you have me
You bring me strength
And raise me up
From all
My fears and failure
You walk me through my pains
After shouting and fighting me
But I know you’ve got me
You will help me
Grow and blossom
And I have no choice
But to do the same
Coz that’s what friends are for
That’s what we ought to do
Build each other up
If not let’s step aside
Go our separate ways
And not waste our time
